CAPTivate Adult Gymnastics

CAPTivate Gymnastics is a gymnastics club entirely for adults!!! Our programs are located throughout the Edmonton area, including all over Edmonton, as well as St. Albert, Leduc and Fort Saskatchewan, for all skill levels, all genders, and ages 16+. Each of our programs is run out of a “host gym” once a week with nationally certified and highly experienced coaches. Join us for an excellent fitness workout, along with stretching, conditioning and social connection!
