Play to Lead

Play to Lead
Studies or Plans and Physical Work
Play to Lead enables young women to develop the skills, confidence and relationships to become leaders, while improving gender equity and diversity in sport. The hybrid program unites a group of female athletes and their coaches, empowering them to reach their full potential and fostering a powerful network of girls in sport in Canada.
In 2023, the program will be expanding and will be open to young female athletes and their coaches from the Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The program will kick of with an in-person Summit in Fall 2023.
Following the Summit, Play to Lead programming will move online. Athletes will be required to participate in regular online sessions and complete short assignments throughout the program to support their learning.
