Bringing vibrancy to downtown through dance
Metro Movers is a FREE registration based summer dance program put on in partnership between Image School of Dance, Sport Edmonton, and made possible through funding from the City of Edmonton’s Downtown Action Plan Fund.
Designed to activate downtown green spaces, this 8-week initiative invites families with children aged 3–12 to explore O-day’min Park through the joy of creative movement for free. Leveraging over 30 years of instructional expertise, Image School of Dance will lead weekly sessions in ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. The program aims to engage upwards of 80 participants and their parents each week, fostering a vibrant, playful community in the heart of Edmonton.

Rain or shine, we dance. Classes are held outside when possible, but access to indoor pavilion is available incase of inclement weather.
